If you're newer to sales or recruitment, our structured training will guide you through consultative selling, objection handling, and the fundamentals of how placement and hiring work.

Formal affiliate partners using a tracked link and following the full program structure earn the highest commissions, starting at $500 per successful placement, with performance-based bonuses for consistent results and higher-value placements. Simple referrals made without a link are also rewarded, at a reduced payout, reflecting the lighter level of involvement. All partner and affiliate payouts are made via bank transfer.
